About this geometric pattern coloring page
Truchet tiles are square tiles printed with quarter-circle arcs, placed in random orientations. When neighbors line up, the arcs join into long winding ribbons, loops and circles that wander across the page. This version uses an eight by eight grid with three nested arcs in every corner, so each ribbon is a striped band with 149 regions in total, a medium page. Because the layout comes from a fixed random seed, no two Truchet designs look alike, yet it always feels balanced. Coloring it is a bit like tracing a maze: pick a ribbon and follow it until it closes, then start the next one.

Coloring tips
Follow a single ribbon and color its stripes in the same order the whole way, like a road with lanes. Closed circles make natural focal points, so give them your brightest color. Two-color schemes in navy and cream look crisp and graphic, while a rainbow sequence turns the ribbons into candy-striped streamers.
